After the operation in London, Gore's life has completely changed, he has became much more independent! Great thanks to everyone who helped the treatment abroad to come true! A new bladder has been created for Gore, which reduced the risk of kidney infections and improved the quality of life. Now he doesn't need diapers, he learned how to use catheters and does it by himself. The kid feels comfortable, self confident, enjoys school, comunicates with other kids. He is still as charming and kind as before! But Gore still has serious leg problems. His right leg has lost it's sensitivity due to a birth defect. The left one is in an extremely uncomfortable position and hangs from the wheelchair. It has been moved to the side for 90 degrees and when Gore sleeps, the leg sticks up. When he sits, it sticks sideways. The leg makes moving on the wheelchair very difficult, it touches everything. Our clinics said that it is impossible to do an operation. Gore has been consulted by a surgeon in London, and he is able to help. We appeal to you again with a kind request to pay for the surgery! The orphanage doesn’t have such amount of money, but we want to help our favourite Gore so much!

Director of St. Sofia orphanage Svetlana Emelyanova, Moscow.

Orthopaedic surgeon, consultant of the Portland Hospital Robert A. Hill (London, United Kingdom): «It is necessary to make the state of the left leg more comfortable for the ability to change it’s position. The final result can be achieved by using osteotomy (surgical operation aimed at the eliminating the distortion or improving the function of the musculoskeletal system by artificially breaking a bone- Susfond) of the femoral bone or the resection of its certain area».
